4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments are processed via Stripe and PayPal.

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access to digital content, purchases are generally non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

By completing checkout and accessing digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right may expire.

5. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer course materials

• Share login credentials

• Reproduce or distribute paid content

• Use the Services unlawfully

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you within the six months preceding the claim.
